DeviantArt was where NewHorizon Development got it's starting foothold. It's where we first let ourselves be known and as such it is one that will likely stick with us to the bitter end.
We have our own group on DeviantArt of which is where the majority of our projects can be found. Our group is called PhantomDEVonDA and is still our most active source for finding any of our projects.

Virtual Customs is a System Modding and Development online community. This is where a large amount of our Visual Styles and Programs are shared.
Along with that, NewHorizon Development is owned and founded by one of the Forum Moderators on Virtual Customs

This is a well known community website with topics ranging from tech support to simple desktop showcases and so much more. We just so happen to be members of the Windows 10 themes for Tenforums members subforum of which some of us post our deskthemepacks to.
